The Avionics Technician performs functional/operational checkouts of,

Repair Station Manager Position Overview:
The Wescam Sonoma Operations team is looking for a highly motivated and
talented Repair Station Manager with an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P)
certification. The Repair Station Manager will provide leadership and
maintain the high quality of service and repair of highly complex gyro-stabilized
airborne surveillance turrets both at our service repair center and in

• Development of strategic regional service requirements/plans to

• Development and maintaining an FAA Part 145 Repair Station
• Coordinate and liaison with local FAA FSDO and MIDO officials
• Coordination of repair capabilities for a specific aviation based

• Management of a team of repair technicians, supervisory, inspection
and repairman personnel
• Development and standardization of implementation plans and ongoing
management processes
• Ongoing analysis to determine infrastructure, training and staffing

• Responsibility for development and management of an annual cost
and capital budget associated with a Part 145 repair station
• Implementation and/or expansion of repair capabilities/services
• Development and implementation of processes necessary to ensure
customer satisfaction levels are maintained and enhanced with a focus
on customer service excellence
• Development and implementation of performance metrics
Basic Qualifications & Education:
• Minimum 10 years experience in aerospace/military environment,
preferably in the product services area with a minimum 5 years management
experience with broad exposure to financial management obligations required.
• Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanic license.
• Must meet requirements to meet eligibility requirements as outlined
in FAR/AMT 65.71 Subpart D (A&P)and 65.101 Subpart E (Repairman)
• Current Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree
